ADULT SUPERVISION:
All programs involving children ages 0-HighSchool must have Guaranteed Adult Supervision. It is preferred that the host provide the Adult Supervision, but can be provided by the performer(s) for an additional fee/expense.
Definition of Adult Supervision:
One (1) Adult 18 years of age or older for every 15 children.
Adults must accompany the children and be responsible for disciplinary issues or problems.
At least one (1) Adult must accompany the performer(s) within 10 feet for crowd control and disciplinary issues.
STANDARD PROGRAM FEE:
Several Tables below explain the Standard Program Fees. Programs can be adjusted, mixed or matched. Contact us for a detailed quote to meet your need.
MINIMUM/PER PERSON FEE:
Each program has a Minimum Fee. This is based upon a per person attendance, but not less than the minimum. For Example:

MILEAGE:
Because of the high cost of gasoline, we are obligated to charge mileage. This is figured on Round Trip miles beginning at Muskegon, Michigan, unless otherwise arranged and stipulated on the contract.
LODGING:
Lodging is required for any performance(s) traveling 120 miles or more One Way. Unless there is prior arrangement and stipulated on the contract, the performer(s) are responsible to make reservations.
SCULPTURE BALLOONS:
Tilly the Clown does not do Sculpture Balloons. To include Sculpture Balloons with Tilly adds additional fees/expenses.
The Standard Fee for Sculpture Balloons includes one (1) balloon per person. Each additional balloon is $2.00 each.
